17TH - 18TH C. SINO-TIBETAN BUDDHA

This small, delicate  buddha was originally bought at one of the high end Asian shows in New York.  It is on consignment for a local collector.  Even under the larger-than-life magnification of this picture, one can see that the detailing is extremely fine.  He stands 7 3/4 inches high, with remains of the original gilding and red lacquer at the base.  No significant damages or defects.  A great buddha for a small altar.
