18th C. BRONZE SHAN BUDDHA
This is an absolutely classic form Shan Buddha, with all the features that make these attractive. It is 9 ¾” (24.5cm) high, has well defined details, with the classic pedestal base, and a lovely light green and reddish patina. The picture is very accurate. Small restoration to the head and top of the finial.The ones we saw on our last trip were 100% fakes; this is the real thing. $1800
