18TH C. BRONZE SHAN BUDDHA

A very fine small example of a Shan buddha, complete with halo.  It has a wonderful red and green patina with some residual gilding, a lovely form, and is completely intact.  Some pieces you just immediately know they're right when you see them;  this is one of those.  He stands 7 inches tall and is perfect for a small altar, shelf, or desk.  He is currently on a shelf in my foyer.  $1000.
